"Marketplace I recently had the opportunity to visit this marketplace and I must say, it was quite an experience. The variety of products available was impressive, ranging from fresh produce to handmade crafts. The atmosphere was bustling with activity, with vendors calling out their offers and customers haggling for the best prices. One thing that stood out to me was the quality of the products. The fruits and vegetables were incredibly fresh and vibrant, making it hard to resist buying more than I needed"
What kind of incompetent individuals did they hire to design this marketplace? I listed a chair for sale, and within seconds, it was denied. I carefully reviewed the rules and found nothing wrong with my post. So, I decided to appeal it, and just like that, it was approved. But now, I see that they have hidden it again. It seems like they have some of the most unintelligent people working for them.

If you report a profile for being a scam or fake, you are not allowed to provide any reasons for your suspicion. I listed a large two-person sofa on the marketplace, and someone messaged me saying, "Yes, the sofa is for sale." That is not the kind of message you would expect from a potential buyer. Additionally, I received messages from three other individuals who all seemed to be located outside of my country. One of them even mentioned sending a person from a postal delivery service to handle the transaction. Having worked in furniture delivery before, I can assure you that this couch is quite heavy.

"Meta's customer service is absolutely terrible."
This is undoubtedly the most atrocious customer service I have ever encountered. Instagram shows absolutely no concern for its consumers. I have made multiple attempts to seek assistance, but to no avail. Despite sending numerous emails regarding my disabled ads account, I have not received any response or explanation whatsoever.

This service is absolutely worthless if your Facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked and you've requested their removal. There is no possibility of communicating with an actual human being; everything is solely automated messages.

This is the worst way to advertise your business. They advertise in another country or too far away and overcharge you for doing so. I have spoken with four advisors and nothing is getting done. They want me to pay a bill that was not suitable for my services. Their response was to pay the bill and they would give me a further discount on the next ad. I'm sorry, but I will not be advertising with Meta Business ever again.

"This review is a scam."
This is a scam! I was charged £3 to enhance my ad, but after paying the £3, they used my payment information to set up a direct debit without my permission. It felt like a blatant robbery when I found out and requested the cancellation of the direct debit. However, they still managed to charge me £0.77 before I could close the illegal direct debit that was set up without my knowledge or consent. These thieves cannot be trusted. I strongly advise against boosting your ad, as they will steal your card information and do whatever they want without your consent. This unacceptable behavior needs to be put to an end.

"There is absolutely no support provided."
Absolutely no support whatsoever. The Meta Quest 2 has a problem with drifting controllers, which renders the system useless. Meta's support team wasted seven emails just to confirm that I actually own the items, even though they already had all the necessary serial numbers and proof of purchase. Then, they sent me 15 emails trying to blame everything and everyone else, from the games to any third-party involved, even though I was using them. I even sent them a video showing the system not working, recorded using their own software and hardware, AND THEY CLAIMED THEY COULDN'T OPEN THE VIDEO! Finally, they agreed to replace the controllers, but only if I send them back first. I suggested they send me the new ones and I'll send back the faulty ones, but apparently, that's not possible unless I'm in the USA. I will never use any products from these deceitful, self-serving, and incompetent scammers ever again.

"This app is incredibly difficult to navigate and use. It is not at all user-friendly."
This app is incredibly unfriendly to use on a mobile device. It notifies me of comments or messages from customers, but I can't view them until 4 or 5 hours later. They simply don't appear instantly when a customer posts, despite the notification.
The tickbox for linking stories is not visible. I can see it, but I would need to swipe up to access it, which is not possible.
There are many other complaints, too numerous to mention. Everything about Meta Business Suite is incredibly frustrating and it never seems to be fixed. It's terrible. 😞

"There was a lack of customer interaction."
There is absolutely no customer interaction with this company. It's as if they don't exist in the world. They offer no email, chat, or any form of direct customer support. When you submit a complaint within the app, it feels like it disappears into thin air. There is no response or acknowledgment from them whatsoever. As a result, I am left with an app that I am completely unable to use.

This company is absolutely terrible, filled with greedy individuals! They went ahead and charged my business account a whopping 4,500 euros without my permission. When I reached out to their support team, they informed me that it would take quite some time to get the money back, putting my business at a significant financial risk that could potentially lead to bankruptcy. I want to express my gratitude to Meta, especially Zach who seems to be leading this company that embodies pure evil.

"There is an excessive amount of bureaucracy in this establishment, even more so than in the US government."
The bureaucracy involved in the Whatsapp API is even worse than that of the US government. It is undoubtedly the most terrible technological creation ever. I fail to comprehend why it holds such a significant market share.

It is absolutely absurd that you have to wait for two whole days for them to verify a simple outreach message to YOUR own clients.

I genuinely wish that more people would switch to using Telegram, as the overall experience there is far superior.

"There is no assistance available for Facebook."
There is absolutely no assistance provided for Facebook. My account was hacked, and now it's locked. I can't make any progress and I've lost all my photos and cherished memories. Additionally, money has been stolen from my bank account. Both Facebook and Meta are completely unresponsive! It's incredibly frustrating that there are no contact numbers available to speak with an actual person. I feel like I'm being continuously led in circles.

“Buonasera. Anzitutto per collegare il tuo account Facebook, la e-mail per essere ricollegabile alla tua identità deve essere già pre-esistente. Non si può creare o collegare un account Facebook ad una e-mail che non sia esistente. Se, invece, possedevi già un account Facebook e non riesci a collegarti al tuo account vi sono due possibilità: o hai sbagliato ad inserire il tuo indirizzo e-mail oppure hai sbagliato ad inserire la password. Se il tuo indirizzo e-mail risultasse sbagliato, puoi recuperarlo facilmente tramite la ricerca su Google "come recuperare un indirizzo e-mail"; se, invece, la tua password risultasse sbagliata, puoi recuperarla tranquillamente cliccando su "recupera password" e scegliendo fra l'opzione di recupero password tramite messaggio di testo al numero di cellulare collegato al tuo Facebook personale e, se nel caso al tuo account Facebook non avessi collegato un numero di telefono cellulare verificato, la recupererai facilmente ricevendo al tuo indirizzo e-mail la password temporanea che potrai cambiare tranquillamente direttamente su Facebook dopo il primo accesso. “Facebook funziona fin troppo bene. A me (come penso ad altre infinite persone collegate e iscritte a Facebook) funziona benissimo e, addirittura, si carica molto più velocemente rispetto al precedente aggiornamento (che in effetti rallentava tutto il sistema). Potresti fare tre cose: scollegare (dimenticandone proprio la password) il tuo Wi-Fi dallo smartphone; nel caso usassi i dati mobili può capitare (e capita spessissimo) che Facebook sia notevolmente rallentato o che carichi faticosamente tutto il sistema, dal collegamento a Facebook al semplice caricamento di una o più pagine interne a Facebook (in questo caso ti conviene contattare il tuo gestore di telefonia mobile perchè ciò vuol dire che non è assolutamente un problema di Facebook ma un problema tecnico e sistemico del gestore di telefonia mobile); provare a disinstallare e reinstallare Facebook (se non funzionasse nemmeno in questa maniera il mio consiglio è quello di contattare direttamente gli amministratori o i gestori di Facebook attraverso il servizio di assistenza clienti interno a Facebook e seguendo le indicazioni che riceverai direttamente dal sito).
